About WTCIntroduction
Since its foundation in 2006, WTC has provided cutting-edge theological training within local churches across the UK. Born out of a desire to create a form of training that equips disciples, ministers and missionaries in local churches. WTC now has 125 students in locations across the British Isles. At the heart of WTC there lies a commitment to developing leaders and disciples within the context of the local church, and in a supportive environment of worship which is always open to the Holy Spirit. There is now a unique opportunity for followers of Jesus across the UK and Channel Islands to be equipped for Kingdom Ministry, Leadership and Mission whilst remaining within their existing lifestyle, and continuing with their work, church and family commitments. The WTC faculty believe in training which is true to life, and focused on the needs of real local churches. As well as being renowned academics, the WTC Faculty are also leaders and practitioners, both in the church and business worlds. The New Wine Training Partnership has developed into a network of theological training centres based in local churches. There are now nine of these centres, known as Hubs, across the British Isles in both urban and rural locations. |
