Rev Dr Crispin Fletcher-Louis (Principal)
Crispin studied at Oxford as an undergraduate and also as a post-graduate, writing a dissertation on angelology in Luke and Acts. He has taught at King’s College London, Durham and Nottingham Universities and has published widely in the areas of New Testament studies and the historical context of earliest Christianity. In 2004 he became Resident Theologian at St Mary’s Bryanston Square, a large, mission-focused Anglican church in Central London and in 2006 helped establish Westminster Theological Centre. As part of WTC’s continued growth he moved to Cheltenham in 2009 along with the team to establish a new Hub and relocate WTC’s main office. He has been in active church leadership for twenty years and is married to Mary, with two children Emily and Reuben.
Revd Chris Pemberton (New Wine Training Director)
Chris was the vicar of St Mary Bredin, in Canterbury, Kent, from 1998 until 2009 when he became the New Wine Training Director. Chris is also one of the leaders of New Wine, he has a background in marketing and worked with Dunlop Holdings, London before ordination in 1984. Before moving to Canterbury, he was involved in local church leadership at St Luke’s, Maidstone, Kent (four years) and St Aldate’s, Oxford (ten years) where he worked as a chaplain in the University and taught part-time at Wycliffe Hall, an Anglican theological college.
Rev Dr Bob Ekblad
Bob is a Biblical Theologian with a unique experience of 25 years of mission in South America, Africa and North America. He works with the poor and ethnic minorities, especially in prisons and combines a commitment to advocacy and justice with ministry in the power of the Spirit and the critical role of Signs and Wonders. He is a visiting lecturer at WTC and Regent College, Vancouver, is an international speaker and has written three books, the latest of which - A New Christian Manifesto: Pledging Allegiance to the Kingdom of God (2008) - explores the integration of the Spirit and the Word in a dynamically incarnational model of mission. Dr Lucy Peppiatt

Lucy is a systematic theologian with degrees in English and Theology, and in 2011 finished her doctorate on Spirit Christology and Mission. As a lay minister in the Church of England, she has worked in different church contexts with her husband, Nick Crawley, who is ordained. They have lived and worked in parishes in Twickenham, Harare and Sheffield and are now church-planting in Bristol. They have four sons who ask the best theological questions ever, make life really fun, and keep everything real.
Dr Peter Fitch
Peter teaches Biblical Studies and Ministry Studies at St Stephen’s University, a small University with strong Vineyard and New Wine connections in New Brunswick in Canada (www.ssu.ca). He specialises in the retrieval of resources for a dynamic and healthy life of discipleship from the depths of the Christian tradition across the centuries. He is also a pastor at St Croix Vineyard in St Stephen.
Rev Dr Chuck Coker
Chuck is head of Human Capital in a US technology company that has grown rapidly in the last 10 years, he is founder and head of a Christian martial arts outreach ministry and ordained Baptist Pastor. He has 20+ years involvement in Theological Education and brings to the NWTP an expertise in the understanding of human development and the spirituality of the workplace.
Jenny Campbell

Jenny moved from South Africa to the UK in 2000 in order to work in the Anglican Church. She has dual citizenship and has studied and taught theology in both countries. Jenny holds a Master of Philosophy, which was an examination of the union of Word and Spirit in prophecy in Hildegard of Bingen and Dietrich Bonhoeffer. She is a visiting lecturer for WTC in the area of Christian doctrine and theological method. Jenny’s vocation has included school teacher, pastoral assistant, market researcher and college tutor. She leads Eaglesinflight, a network of leaders committed to the empowerment of the ministry of the apostolic/prophetic in the Church in Western Europe.
Richard Garnett
Having been a professional TV, film and theatre actor for 15 years, Richard now co-leads Garnett & Simpson, a leading communication consultancy who work to help business people deliver presentations effectively. Richard works with a wide range of individuals form senior board members to junior managers across many different business sectors. Richard is also passionate about helping Christian leaders communicate the gospel effectively and as such, he teaches the communication course as part of the School of Leadership and Mission.
Dr Rob Barrett
Dr Rob Barrett studied theology at Regent College Vancouver before moving to Durham (UK) to write a doctorate under Prof. Walter Moberley on Political Theology and the book of Deuteronomy. Following this he worked for WTC for a year whilst we were based in London. He is now living and working in Germany while undertaking postdoctoral research in the book of Isaiah. Rob began his formal theological training in a church-based programme while working in the marketplace (as an IBM research scientist) and is passionate about the role of theological education within the church.
Dr Tony Cummins
Dr Tony Cummins taught a module on Pauline Theology for WTC back in 2007 which was very well received by the students, and he is soon to rejoin the faculty. Tony wrote his doctorate on martyrdom and Galatians under N.T. Wright in Oxford, and is now a full time lecturer in Biblical Studies at Trinity Western University in Canada, and his areas of expertise are New Testament - Jesus and the Gospels, Paul, and the theological interpretation of Scripture.
Dr Walter Thiessen
Dr Walter Thiessen works with Dr Peter Fitch in New Brunswick, Canada and is both a lecturer at St Stephen’s University in Theology, Psychology and Counselling and on the leadership team at St Croix Vineyard Church. For the last 18 years he has also worked as a Counsellor specialising in marriage, family and individual counselling.
Experienced local church leaders will also contribute to leadership and personal formation training.
